Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Drop (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CB Golf Performance LLC, [address] (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of [the fifty (50) United States and D.C.] who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

Each Drop (held twice per month) has an entry period beginning [date/time] and ending [date/time], with the draw held on or about [Drop Day]. All times are [time zone].

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, each with equal odds:

Automatic entry (members): Each active paid member in good standing receives one (1) entry per Drop automatically (two Drops per month). No additional action or payment is required.
Free mail-in entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, and phone on a 3×5 inch card and mail it in an envelope to: CB Golf Performance — The Drop, PO Box 290, 57 Railroad St, Gilberts, IL 60136. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope per Drop; mail-in entries must be postmarked by [date] and received by [date]. Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry with odds identical to a member's automatic entry.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Drop.

6. Winner Selection

Each Drop's winner is selected at random from all eligible entries via a documented physical draw (ping-pong balls in a drum) conducted [live on stream] on or about Drop Day. One ball equals one entry.

7. Prizes

Each Drop awards [one (1)] prize as described in advance for that Drop. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): [$_____]. [Prize restrictions, no cash equivalent / substitution rights, etc.]

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by [email/phone] and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release within [#] days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Publicity
